NOS Studio uses the information you provide through the NOS Alpha waitlist to manage your waitlist participation, confirm your email address, communicate about Alpha access and launch updates, administer referrals, and understand how people find NOS.

Information we collect

When you join the waitlist, we may collect your first name, email address, referral information, signup source, campaign attribution information, verification status, and related timestamps. We may also receive standard email-delivery information such as delivery, bounce, unsubscribe, and link-click events.

How we use it

We use this information to operate the waitlist, send requested NOS communications, manage Alpha invitations, attribute referrals, measure campaign performance, prevent abuse, and maintain accurate communication preferences.

Service providers

NOS uses service providers to operate this system, including Supabase for database and backend infrastructure and Resend for email delivery and contact management. They process information on NOS's behalf to provide those services.

Marketing and unsubscribe

By joining the waitlist, you agree to receive emails from NOS Studio about Alpha access, launch updates, and related NOS opportunities. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link included in those messages.

Data retention and security

We retain waitlist information for as long as it is reasonably needed to administer the waitlist, Alpha access, related NOS communications, legal obligations, and security. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect this information.

Your choices

You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time. You may also contact NOS to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with your waitlist signup, subject to applicable legal requirements.
